course of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S). Mahatma Gandhi Dental College,
Jaipur, Rajasthan is recognized by Dental Council of India and Ministry of
Health & Family Welfare, Government of India as well as from Rajasthan
Government. It is affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. Due to
the advancement in the field of Dental and Medicine over the past few years,
Mahatma Gandhi Dental College was established in year 2002, with the 5 years
dental degree course (BDS) i.e. four years of academic learning and one year of
internship, with theory and practical teaching and training in nine special
dental subjects. The college along with its dental hospital provides facilities
as central library, State of art Dental Surgical Equipment’s and Instruments.
The
annual intake of students per year is 60. The College provide for separate
hostels for boys and girls that provide not only to the academic needs of the
students but also a comfortable living atmosphere. It has separate Girls and
Boys Hostels with quality food and lodging facilities. Students can also stay
on their own nearby residential areas. Standard cost of living here goes around
Rs. 6000 per month i.e. Rent - Rs. 2000 + Food Rs. 2500 + Transportation Rs.
1500. The college is located at the outskirts of the city. College also
provides the transport facilities. The nearest railway station and airport is
